Why the new interface of Instagrab Pro App is not showing up in version 2.1? Where is the DM Save feature?

I have Pro Version 2.3, payed for that and now my coins are over (was not supposed to be over once its Pro). I already sent 2 emails asking to fix it and no answer so far.

I Pay This App For 2,99€ And Now They Want Me To Pay Again For This App 9,99€ To Unlock The Download Feature ! This App Is Damn Bad !!!

Fraudulent developper. App will be totally different from screenshots and it will NOT do what it says it does. Beware!!!

I used instagrab not too long ago, and there was an option to save videos from my direct message? um. lol

Twice updated app and twice lost unlimited coin purchase. Ripped off!

I bought full version some time ago. After last update it has "coins" to download photos. So even if I paid already it force me to pay second time in app for virtual coins. This app is scam.

I absolutely loved this app until the update! Now when you go to try for free coins, you have to sign in with valid information to random companies, sign up for free samples you dont want, play quizzes that are difficult and that you can only try once, etc. you used to be able to download a game, run it, then get coins. Im upset at this app and Im not going to use it again if it isnt put back the way it was before.

PAID FOR UNLIMITED AND DOWN LOADED 2 VIDEOS THEN APP ASKED TO PAY AGAIN DELETE FAST CUT YOUR LOSSES..... You will not get what you paid for DELETE DELETE DELETE...... FIND ANOTHER APP FAST

Like the features of the app however which ever pro version you have never update it as youll have to pay for pro version with each app upgrade. Thats my only issue, paid for pro versions in the past and will not do it again. Developers need to fix this

I paid for the PRO version months ago, and now this new upgrade took away my "pro status" and wants me to pay $9.99!! What a rip off!! Shame on you, Mr. Disonest Developer!!
